"Refund dragged on way too long"
I returned an item and the refund process was a mess. They kept giving me vague promises like it would be “processed soon,” but no one could actually tell me when or what was happening. I had to email more than once just to get a straight answer, and it really felt like nobody was keeping track of it. The return info on the website didn’t help much either. Frustrating experience, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.
"Didn’t clear up our pool like I hoped"
I used this hoping it would clear up our cloudy pool, but it really didn’t make much of a difference. My husband and I followed the directions, and the water still stayed cloudy afterward. Maybe it works better for other pool issues, but it didn’t do the trick for us.
"A Bit Limited for What I Needed"
I checked out spaandpoolstore.com while looking for a few pool parts and some spa chemicals. The site was easy enough to browse, but the selection felt a little limited for what I was hoping to find. Some items I expected to see weren’t available, and a few categories only seemed to have one option.
It might be a good fit if they happen to carry the exact thing you need, but I ended up having to look at other sites to finish my order. Not a bad experience overall, just not as useful for me this time.
"Ordered a filter cartridge and a couple..."
Ordered a filter cartridge and a couple small spa parts from spaandpoolstore.com. Box had exactly what I picked online, which was the main thing.
One part had a slightly different label than the photo, so I had to check the part number. Turned out to be the right one.
Shipping box was a little beat up, but nothing inside was wrong. Solid enough order. 4 stars

"Helpful enough, but I had to double-check things myself"
I went in with a few questions about pool chemicals, and the staff did try to help, which I appreciated. But a couple of the answers sounded a little unsure, and it added more stress than I expected. I ended up having to double-check one thing myself afterward just to feel confident I wasn’t messing anything up. It wasn’t a terrible experience, and the ordering part was fine, but I really thought they’d be a bit more confident with that kind of info.
"Shipping Cost Was Ridiculous"
I was all set to order a few pool parts, but then I got to checkout and saw the shipping cost. Apparently moving a small order from point A to point B is a luxury service now. The parts themselves might be perfectly fine, but the shipping made the whole thing not worth it, so I just left without buying

I ordered the part because the website said it was in stock. Then a few days later, I got a message saying it actually wasn’t available and I’d have to wait. Annoying, really annoying, especially since I needed it quickly. They definitely need to keep their stock info updated better
"Decent experience, but could be smoother"
My order arrived without any issues, so I can’t really complain too much. The only thing that stood out to me was that the updates felt a little slow, and it made the process seem less polished than it could’ve been. I’d probably order from them again because they seem trustworthy enough, but in my opinion, there’s still some room to make the overall experience feel easier and more reliable...

"Hot tub cover felt cheap"
I ordered a replacement filter and cover from spaandpoolstore.com, i was disappointed. The filter seemed fine at first, but then I noticed the plastic end cap was rough and didn’t fit the way it should’ve?!
The cover was even worse. The seams looked uneven, and one corner started peeling after just a week. Maybe I got a bad one, but for what I paid, I expected a lot better. I won’t be ordering from them again.

"Issue got fixed, but it wasn’t perfect"
I ran into a problem and had to give them a quick call to sort it out. To their credit, the person I spoke with was helpful and got it fixed quickly. That said, it was a little annoying that I had to call in the first place, and I wish the process had been smoother from the start. Overall, decent experience once I got through to someone.

I was kind of rushing and felt a bit pressured to decide, so I really relied on the product details being accurate. Thankfully, what arrived matched the description well. The only thing missing was a small measurement note that would’ve been helpful.

"Part didn’t fit my spa"
I ordered a replacement part that looked like it was supposed to fit my spa model, but nope, didnt fit at all. Customer service wasn’t really much help either, and I ended up having to pay to ship it back. Frustrating prob won’t be ordering parts from here again.

I don’t have the patience to fight with a website just to place an order. Pages kept loading weird, stuff felt glitchy, and by the time I got to checkout I was just annoyed and confused.

"Warranty Took Longer Than I Expected"
The warranty help was alright, but I assumed it would be quicker. After the first couple emails with no big update, I kind of figured it was going to be a hassle. They did end up replacing the part, so it worked out, but I just wish they had kept me in the loop faster.

I ordered it on Monday and somehow it was already at my door by Wednesday. I was fully prepared to wait around, but nope, it arrived way faster than expected and everything went smoothly. No issues at all.

"Checkout was a hassle and the terms seemed to change"
I tried to place an order, but the checkout process was more frustrating than it needed to be. The pages were loading slowly, and at one point I had to enter my shipping info all over again, which was annoying. What really bothered me was that the final total and terms didn’t feel clear until the very end, almost like things changed once I was already committed. I did manage to finish the order, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience.

From what I remember, everything was packed well overall. I don’t recall any real issues, except one of the boxes had a small dent on it. Nothing major, just something I noticed.

"Pricing felt average to me"
I checked this out because a friend had mentioned it, and the prices were just okay. For what you get, I was kind of expecting it to be a bit cheaper. Not terrible, but not the best value either.
